Another thing to take from all their amazing speeches is the importance of self confidence and individuality. All of the South Africans are so confident and proud of the way they are. I truly believe that we should all be more proud of the way we are and the way we look – embrace it!
The last thing I would like to tell you about, is the immense happiness they always bring. Each day, they lit up the atmosphere with their happiness like rays of sun light. If there is one way to make anyone's day – give them a smile! I can honestly say I've never smiled so much and they have made me feel on cloud nine every day since.
Overall, everyone can learn something from them whether you are young or old. They are extremely inspiring young people could one-day change the world.

The past week with the South Africans visiting the school has been unforgettable and the friendships I have built I know will last a lifetime. The type of people I have spent my time with are indescribable, and you could be told about how the week will go, but the experience itself is simply incomparable to anything anybody could say. From the students that came over, I made a solid friendship with 3 or 4 of them more than others, which I hope to continue next year if I go to South Africa. From hearing about the previous visit, I knew that we would get along with the South Africans but I had no clue as to the kind of bond you actually make with them. I've spent more time out and with the South Africans than at home for the past week, but I wouldn't have had it any other way because the positivity they bring, and the way they view things is such an inspiration and credit to Matseliso high school, their families and their selves. I look forward to seeing them again, hopefully, and will always remember the incredible experience I've had with them.
